37-year-old Norfolk man, Colby Napier, arrested for threatening explosive device at high school; no device found.
37-year-old Norfolk man, Colby Napier, was arrested after leaving a threatening message indicating an explosive device was in Norfolk Senior High School. Police responded to the school and found no explosive device. Napier was arrested on suspicion of threatening the use of an explosive device and taken to the Norfolk County Jail, where he will be transferred to the Madison County jail.
