Pennsylvania prison escapee Isaiah Tilghman, 33, arrested in Philadelphia after a four-month manhunt by the U.S. Marshals Service. Tilghman escaped from Blair County Prison in December and was found 200 miles away in Philadelphia. Authorities believe he stole a truck after his escape and was tracked to a gym in the city, where he was apprehended. Tilghman was being held on narcotics charges and parole violations at the time of his escape.
