Suspected drunk driver Adam Gauthier, 41, of New York, indicted by Bristol County grand jury for triple-fatal Christmas night crash in Somerset, Massachusetts. Gauthier is charged with three counts of manslaughter by motor vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, in connection with the collision that killed 73-year-old Floriano Arruda, 15-year-old Jacoby Arruda, and 68-year-old Donna Arruda from Seekonk.
