Sustainable Green Team (SGTM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a waste-management project in the southeastern US, expected to generate $100M in sales. The MOU agreement will last 36 months and covers technologies addressing waste treatment processes in specific client segments, including military bases, hog/swine farms, and poultry processing facilities. SGTM granted an exclusive distribution right to an agent in a defined territory for the project.
