Spokesperson for Osun State Governor files lawsuit against Osun State DSS and Femi Oyetola for allegedly infringing on fundamental human rights.
Spokesperson for Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, filed a lawsuit at the Federal High Court in Osogbo, accusing the State Security Service (SSS), the DG of SSS, Osun State DSS Director, and Femi Oyetola, son of former Osun State Governor, of infringing on his fundamental human rights. Rasheed seeks protection and enforcement of his rights, including liberty, freedom of movement, freedom of expression, and freedom of association, alleging that Femi Oyetola, in collaboration with the opposition APC, is using security agents to threaten his rights.
