Russellville City School Board selects Dr. Tim Guinn as new superintendent, replacing outgoing leader Dr. Heath Grimes. Guinn, a former Russellville High School assistant principal and principal, returns to the district after serving as superintendent of Satsuma City Schools in South Alabama for two years. Guinn's appointment was announced during a special called meeting on Friday afternoon.
