City of Prosser appoints John Markus as new Police Chief following a 3-week interview process. Markus joined the Prosser Police Department in 1998 after serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, Franklin County Corrections, and as a police officer in the City of Wapato. Markus has held various roles within the department and was previously serving as Interim Police Chief.
