A Niles, Michigan couple guilty of Medicaid fraud, charging for unprovided counseling sessions.

A Niles, Michigan couple pleaded guilty to two felony counts of Medicaid fraud. Gregory Barney, the owner of the Highland Counseling Center and a licensed marriage and family counselor, and his wife Jacquelyn, the center's office manager, were charged with fraudulently billing Medicaid for counseling sessions that were never provided. The couple agreed to pay over $48,000 in restitution to the Medicaid program.
