Maryland State Police investigate a two-vehicle crash that killed one passenger and injured two others in Baltimore County on March 23. The initial crash on the outer loop of I-695 near Wilkens Avenue exit resulted in no injuries, but as investigators left the scene to look into a separate crash on the inner loop, a minivan spun out and struck the tow truck at the initial crash site, leading to the passenger's death. The drivers of the minivan and tow truck were hospitalized.
