Lokayukta police arrest Mangaluru Urban Development Authority chief Mansoor Ali and broker Mohammad Saleem for allegedly accepting a ₹25 lakh bribe for issuing Transferable Development Rights (TDR) clearance. The accused were caught red-handed during a trap set by the Lokayukta team, and the seized bribe money is currently in police custody. The investigation is ongoing.
