Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) urges the Nigerian government to release their leader Nnamdi Kanu due to his deteriorating health in detention. IPOB spokesman, Emma Powerful, states Kanu's health has worsened with inadequate medical care provided by the Department of State Services (DSS), and that the DSS lacks proper medical facilities to address his needs. IPOB warns that Nigeria will not remain the same if Kanu dies in custody.
