An impaired driver in Victoria crashed into a "Report Impaired Drivers" sign, leaving a plate, before being stopped by Victoria Police.

An impaired driver in Victoria crashed into a "Report Impaired Drivers" sign, leaving a licence plate behind when they fled the scene. The West Shore RCMP responded to the crash in the View Royal area of Victoria just before 10 p.m. A witness reported seeing the speeding truck strike the sign, and the driver was later stopped by Victoria Police. The driver is being investigated for impaired driving.
