A suspected drunk driver led police on a 2-hour chase across Los Angeles County's San Gabriel Valley, reaching speeds of up to 90 mph at one point. The driver eventually surrendered to the California Highway Patrol after several attempts to deploy spike strips to deflate the suspect's tires. The pursuit began with the Monterey Park Police Department and ended with the driver's capture by the CHP.
