Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap announces charging for meetings with newcomers.
Anurag Kashyap, renowned filmmaker and mentor, posted on Instagram that he is putting an end to meeting newcomers for free. Frustrated with wasted time and mediocre work, he shared a rate list for his time, stating he will charge Rs 1 lakh for 10-15 minutes, Rs 2 lakh for half an hour, and Rs 5 lakh for an hour of his time. He urged those serious about collaborating to pay in advance and called out those who want to take shortcuts.
