Disney Channel has greenlit a sequel to the popular show "Wizards of Waverly Place." Original stars Selena Gomez and David Henrie will reprise their roles as siblings Alex and Justin Russo, respectively, and serve as executive producers. The series, tentatively titled "Wizards," will follow an adult Justin, who has chosen to lead a normal, mortal life with his family. This changes when he gets a visit from his sister Alex, who brings a young wizard in training, Billie, to his home seeking help. The show is set to premiere on Disney Channel and Disney+ later this year.
