27-year-old Travell Winfrey was arrested in North Carolina for his alleged involvement in a December shooting that left 44-year-old Derrick Broadway dead in Baton Rouge. Winfrey was extradited to Baton Rouge and booked into the parish prison on a count of second-degree murder. The shooting occurred after an argument between the two men on Convention Street.
