63-year-old Sydney man charged in connection with fatal hit-and-run incident that killed 28-year-old Kiwi lawyer Mitch East in Tamarama suburb. East was critically injured and later pronounced dead after being hit by a car early on Sunday morning. The suspect is facing charges including dangerous and negligent driving, as well as using a mobile phone while driving.
