16-year-old Llŷr Davies died after a dumper truck incident at Gilfach Quarry in Pembrokeshire, Wales on 12 March. Emergency services tried to save him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The inquest has been adjourned for ongoing police investigations. Llŷr's family thanked friends and family for their messages of support, and both his football and rugby clubs paid tribute to him.
