54-year-old Hughes Middle School Counselor, David Scott Curtis, was arrested by Mesquite Police on a Utah warrant for aggravated sexual abuse of a minor, committed about 10 years ago. The Mesquite Police Department claims to be unaware of any alleged crimes committed at the school or in the city. This is the fourth arrest this week involving a Clark County School District employee.
