20-year-old felon Ike Souzer, labeled "extremely dangerous and violent," escaped from a Santa Ana, Orange County halfway house for the second time. Souzer, convicted of murdering his mother in 2017, left Project Kinship re-entry facility without notifying his probation officer after completing a 90-day sentence for vandalism. Authorities warn the public not to approach him and to call 911 immediately if spotted.
