25-year-old Duluth man arrested for 2nd-degree murder and DANCO violation after woman's body found.
25-year-old Duluth man arrested for pending charges of 2nd-degree murder and violating a domestic abuse no-contact order after a 27-year-old woman's body is found in the 30 block of E 5th St. The suspect and victim were known to each other, and the suspect had an active DANCO and a prior domestic assault arrest. The woman's name will not be released until family is notified. The case remains under investigation.
