38-year-old dog walker Luke Cobb, from Brighton, could face up to a year in prison after admitting to grabbing a spaniel he was looking after by the scruff of its neck and slamming it twice against a brick wall in a fit of rage. The incident was caught on a neighbour's doorbell camera and went viral. Cobb, who owns six dogs himself, has pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary harm to a protected animal.
