Feds were reportedly investigating Malinowski for alleged illegal gun sales, with an affidavit revealing he had purchased over 150 guns since May 2021 and allegedly sold them illegally, with six of those guns later used in crimes. Malinowski's brother suspects he was targeted due to illegal firearm sales.
