Mitch McConnell’s sister-in-law died after driving into a pond in Texas.

Angela Chao, CEO of a shipping company and sister-in-law of US Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, was legally intoxicated when she drove into a pond in Texas last month, according to a police report. The incident was an "unfortunate accident" and her blood alcohol level was nearly three times the state's legal limit.
