Supermarket Income REIT acquires a Tesco omnichannel supermarket in Stoke-on-Trent for £34.7m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.5%. The 54,451 sq ft store, built in 1994, supports Tesco's online fulfilment operation and features a petrol filling station on an 8.7 acre site. The store has an 11-year lease term with annual RPI-linked rent reviews and was purchased with funds from the company's revolving credit facility.
