A Missouri man, Joel De Jesus-Diaz, faces seven felony charges after police found body armor, loaded guns, high-capacity magazines, loose ammunition, and a small amount of cannabis in his vehicle during a traffic stop in Illinois. De Jesus-Diaz is charged with six counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon while wearing body armor and one count of unlawful use of a firearm projectile. He is being held in jail without bond.
