Health Canada, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, and Mattel Canada issue a joint recall for the Fisher-Price Little People Mickey & Friends Figure Pack. The recalled figures are Donald Duck and Daisy Duck, model number HPJ88. Both figures are about 7 cm tall and pose a choking hazard due to their heads potentially coming off.
