Senior CPC official Cai Qi met with a CPV delegation led by Le Hoai Trung in Beijing on 22 March. Cai highlighted the state visit by Xi Jinping and Nguyen Phu Trong in December 2023, announcing the construction of a strategic China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
