Lebanese authorities detained a suspected French drug dealer, Abdel Karim Touil, for the second time in a week after previously releasing him on bail. Touil was taken into custody at Beirut's Rafik Hariri International Airport, and his French and Algerian passports were confiscated. Lebanese officials are expected to hand him over to France, which plans to send an official extradition request.
