JSW Renewable Energy acquires Reliance Power's 45 MW wind project in Vashpet for Rs 132 crore.
JSW Energy's arm, JSW Renewable Energy, has signed an agreement with Reliance Power to acquire its 45 MW wind power project in Vashpet, Maharashtra, for Rs 132 crore. Reliance Power plans to use the proceeds from the sale to retire its debt, aiming to become debt-free by the end of the current financial year. The deal is expected to be completed by May 21, 2024.
