India's MICL secures India's tallest residential building project in South Mumbai, valued at Rs 2,100 crore.
India's Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) secures an ultra-luxurious residential project in South Mumbai's Marine Lines, expected to be India's tallest residential building at 800 feet. The project, covering 22 lakh sq ft, is valued at over Rs 2,100 crore and will be under MICL's asset-light DM model. MICL has received an LOI from Shreepati Zaoba Housing LLP for the project. The company expects an expected PBT of Rs 400+ crore from this project.
