India's ISRO conducts successful second landing experiment of RLV 'Pushpak' in Karnataka, demonstrating autonomous landing under off-nominal conditions.
India's ISRO has successfully conducted the second landing experiment of its Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV) 'Pushpak' at the Aeronautical Test Range in Karnataka. The 'swadeshi space shuttle' demonstrated its autonomous landing capability under off-nominal initial conditions, revalidating indigenously developed technologies in navigation, control systems, landing gear, and deceleration systems. This is the third flight of Pushpak, part of a series of tests aimed at refining its robotic landing capabilities under more complex conditions.
