The Indianapolis Colts have signed veteran QB Joe Flacco, 2023 Comeback Player of the Year, to a one-year deal worth up to $8.1 million to back up starter Anthony Richardson. Flacco, 38, was out of the league last season until the Browns signed him in November. He finished the season as Cleveland's starter, winning four of his five regular-season starts, and was named NFL Comeback Player of the Year in February.
