Former San Francisco City Employee Stanley Ellicott charged with stealing over $600,000. Ellicott, who served as Assistant Director of Finance and Technology for the City's Human Resources Department, Workers' Compensation Division, allegedly established a fake company to defraud the city and pocket over $627,000. The charges include grand theft, misappropriation of public money, insurance fraud, and 50 counts of money laundering.
