Arkansas' unemployment rate dropped slightly from 3.7% to 3.6% in February, according to the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services. The state added 8,000 nonfarm payroll jobs, with the largest gains in private education and health services, professional and business services, government, and leisure and hospitality sectors. Despite this, there were 9,746 more unemployed Arkansans in February compared to the previous year.
