Allahabad High Court dismisses former Uttar Pradesh minister Amar Mani Tripathi's plea against a non-bailable warrant (NBW) and order declaring him an absconder in a 2001 abduction case. Justice Sanjay Kumar Singh stated that Tripathi's plea for regular bail would be considered if he appears before the court. The case dates back to 2001 when an FIR was lodged after Dharamraj filed a complaint alleging the kidnapping of his son by unidentified individuals.
