14 and 16-year-olds arrested for strong-arm robbery in Gaithersburg; police responded to a report of a robbery in which the suspects stole a man's sweatshirt and sneakers. The 14-year-old was found with two loaded privately manufactured handguns and was charged with robbery and handgun offenses, while the 16-year-old was charged with robbery. Both suspects were released to their guardians.
