53-year-old Stephen Morris Taylor of Horry County, SC has been charged with intent to defraud and counterfeit game tickets after allegedly stealing a pack of South Carolina Education Lottery tickets from a Conway convenience store on March 6. Taylor scanned the tickets at another gas station and later discarded them before law enforcement found them in a trash can. The arrest and scanning were caught on surveillance video at both locations.
