37-year-old Salvador Montar Morales was arrested in Santa Maria for arranging to meet an 11-year-old girl for sexual acts, believing he was meeting with an adult woman and her daughter via social media. He is held at Santa Barbara County Jail on felony charges for arranging and meeting with a minor for sex and electronically sending/soliciting obscene material. The case has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review.
