Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office links cold case rapes from the 1980s to prisoner Donnell Bluain, 58, who is already serving a life sentence in another state for rape convictions. DNA evidence led to the investigation and Bluain is now wanted on three counts of aggravated rape. The crimes, including home invasions and peeping tom incidents, occurred between 1985-86 in East Jefferson Parish.
