20-year-old law student Dhruv Thakkar from Mumbai committed suicide by jumping in front of a Metro train at Attiguppe Metro Station in Bengaluru, India. This incident disrupted the Purple Line services between Magadi Road and Challaghatta stations for around two hours. The police are investigating this case as a suspected suicide, with further investigation and recording of statements still underway.
