35-year-old Christopher Gamel was arrested in Arab, AL after allegedly attempting to kidnap a woman jogging on 2nd Ave NW with a gun. The suspect, identified by his vehicle, brandished the weapon and demanded the woman get in his car. She was able to escape and call police. Security footage led to Gamel's arrest in Albertville, and he is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
