Winona State University appoints Dr. Kenneth Janz as its new president, effective immediately.
Winona State University has appointed Dr. Kenneth Janz as its new president, effective immediately. Janz, who has been serving as interim president since August 2023, was chosen by the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Prior to his role as interim president, Janz had over 30 years of management and administrative experience in K-12 and public higher education institutions.
