Volkswagen's Cupra brand plans to enter the US market by 2030 with two electric vehicles.

Volkswagen's Cupra brand, a performance sub-brand of Seat, plans to enter the US market by the end of the decade with two electric vehicles. The battery-electric Formentor and a larger electric SUV will be introduced in selected US states. Cupra CEO Wayne Griffiths announced the move, which involves producing these models in North American Volkswagen Group factories, including Mexico.
