Union Minister Smriti Irani confirms that the mastermind of Delhi's excise policy scam is in custody as Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi's Chief Minister, is sent to a six-day ED remand. The ED alleges that Kejriwal used his position as the Chief Minister of Delhi to commit money laundering offences and benefit the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), making him and the party liable to be prosecuted.
