Despite this, the deployment of generative AI (GenAI) is still in its early stages, with only 22% of CSPs having implemented GenAI solutions, 32% running proof of concepts (PoCs) and 29% exploring GenAI. The research, titled "GenAI Challenges and Opportunities," found that challenges include data quality and regulation.
