Ottawa Bancorp appoints Mark D. Alcott to Boards of Directors under a standstill agreement with Stilwell entities until 2026.
Ottawa Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for OSB Community Bank, has appointed Mark D. Alcott to the Company's and Bank's Boards of Directors according to a standstill agreement with Stilwell Activist Fund, Stilwell Activist Investments, Stilwell Partners, Stilwell Value LLC, and Joseph Stilwell. The agreement, set to last until the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, requires Alcott's appointment in the directors' class expiring at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting.
