Mercedes-Benz recalls 116,020 vehicles due to improperly secured 48-volt ground connections that may cause wiring to overheat, increasing fire risk. Affected models include some AMG GLE, GLE, and Maybach vehicles from 2021 to 2024, and GLE and GLS vehicles due to a separate transmission issue. Customers will be notified for a free inspection and wiring tightening starting May 14.
