A French tourist, Olivier Le Bozec, is to face trial over the death of a 71-year-old motorcyclist, Jeremiah (Jerry) O'Connor, in a road crash in Co. Clare, Ireland on July 27, 2023. Le Bozec is accused of dangerous driving causing O'Connor's death on the N67 road near Ballyvaughan village. Both Le Bozec and his family had arrived in Ireland just a day before the incident to commence their holiday.
