Dog owners reminded to keep pets on leads during lambing season; NFU Mutual warns of rising livestock attack costs, supports stronger police powers.

The organisation is backing the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) (Amendment) Bill, which aims to strengthen police powers to deal with dog attacks on livestock.
